If it’s your first time heading to Atlantic City, getting there can feel a little confusing—but it’s actually pretty simple once you know your options. You can fly directly into Atlantic City (ACY) or choose the Philadelphia (PHL) route. Either way, you’ve got solid options, and we promise it’s worth the trip.
Atlantic City(ACY)
FLIGHTS
Atlantic City does have its own airport (ACY), located about 12 miles outside the city. Right now, Spirit Airlines is the main carrier flying in and out, with direct flights from places like Orlando, Atlanta, Myrtle Beach, and New Orleans. It’s an easy trip for our Florida carwash crew in particular—we’re expecting to see a lot of you!
Philadelphia (PHL)
FLIGHTS
Most people choose to fly into Philadelphia (PHL), which is a much larger airport with more flight options from all major airlines. From there, it’s about a 90-minute drive to Atlantic City, and grabbing a rental car is usually the easiest way to go.

By Car
From Atlantic City (ACY):
- Rental cars available directly at the airport (major providers on-site)
- Quick, easy drive—about 15–20 minutes to hotels and the Convention Center
From Philadelphia (PHL):
- ~90-minute drive via the Atlantic City Expressway
- Direct route into the city—arrives right by the Convention Center
- Rental cars available at the airport
By Train
From Atlantic City (ACY):
- No direct train from ACY
- Take a taxi, rideshare, or rental car to your hotel or Convention Center
From Philadelphia (PHL):
- Take NJ Transit’s Atlantic City Line from Philadelphia
- Arrives directly inside the Convention Center
- Easy walk or short ride to nearby hotels

STEP 4:
GETTING HOME
You don’t have to leave the same way you came! PRO TIP: Many attendees fly into Philadelphia (PHL) but fly home out of Atlantic City (ACY). It can be easier, less crowded, and sometimes cheaper, so it's worth checking both options when booking your flights.
From the Convention Center (Last Day Exit)
Many attendees bring their luggage with them on the final day and head out directly from the Convention Center.
- The train station is located inside the Convention Center, making it one of the easiest ways to leave
- NJ Transit runs service to Philadelphia throughout the day
- Quick access to taxis, Uber, Lyft, and shuttles right outside

ATLANTIC CITY TRAIN STATION
Atlantic City Train Station is located directly inside the Convention Center.
NJ Transit provides regular, typically hourly service between Atlantic City and Philadelphia.

ATLANTIC CITY BUS TERMINAL
Atlantic City Bus Terminal is located just one block from the Convention Center.
NJ Transit and private carriers provide regular service to and from Philadelphia and New York, making it a convenient option for travel to the city.
ATLANTIC CITY EXPRESSWAY
Atlantic City Expressway is the main route into the city, connecting directly to Philadelphia and the Garden State Parkway.
It brings you right into Atlantic City next to the Convention Center and provides easy access to the Borgata via tunnel.
